Freelander 1 TC and Hill descent light on?

Hello all.
Today, at some point the two lights came on the dash. Next, when I switched off and started again they had gone off.
Is this a warning of impending doom for my FL1 ?
Is there some thing to watch for?

This is probably one of the most common faults I’ve been driving my TD4 for almost a year now with my hill descent light on and off for flashing on the dashboard drives perfectly fine tried already known fixes to no avail you could try doing some research on this site

Not really doom. A diagnostic read on the ABS system will tell you exactly what the issue is, but it could be as simple as the brake light switch is wearing out.

Yes, this post now remind me. I changed the brake pedal switch about 18 months ago for this.
