a bud who's obviously into , takling resto jobs , had an old series 2/2a monster, but its all a bit shot(bulk head, etc )
but the chassis dont look too bad, so ,with a couple of right off swb landies, like an disco 200tdi & some defender bits ,is rebuliding this thing,
good idea !! me thinks since the 2/2a is tax exempt..no £££ for road fund licence
so, will this vehicle pass all the mot rules & have to be re-registered or will it be ok, for tax exempt on the old chassis, although it is mainly a hybrid defender??
