just about to put the new radiator panel etc on the chassis.
Looking for a bit of guidance on whether I can bolt it all down now tight , bearing in mind the wings tub etc are not on yet.
I see it should have rubber spacers to help alignment and vibration I guess.
I was just going to cut these spacers out of a bit of rubber, as they were missing.
Any idea how many needed if I cut out of 2mm rubber?

I would leave it a bit loose and work forwards from the bulkhead so you don't built in too much stress. Probably not a huge issue as the holes are all clearance.

X1. Leave it loose. Proper alignment of the bulkhead to the tub and doors is dependent on the alignment of the bulkhead to the wings and radiator plate. If it’s left loose for now you can fettle it all true and tighten once everything is lined up.

Agreed, no need to bolt down tight now, and you might needs some slack for alignment later.

The original rubber pads were about 50mm square by about 2mm. Only had 1 under each bolt along the bottom, @tottot where did the other three come from??
