could anyone give me a step by step list of how to completly change the suspension and put on a lift kit as i am lifting my 90 but want to do it my self.
thanks

think long and hard as it wont stop at springs and shocks waight for the caster correction arms and then the new front and rear props and then the extended break lines i have a 90 which i was going to change the suspention on and stoped thinking when the price whent over £1200

ha yer good point. well the reason for wanting to have the lift is because i just have bought a td5 110 and ive still got my 2.5td 90 which is just sitting around so me and my brother decided we would make it into a competion vehicle of sorts.
if i had all the kit and money wernt an issue then how would i go about fitting a kit?

ah i didnt want to lift mine as its my everyday drive etc
but if your only going to be using it as a comp vehicle i cant see why you cant fit just the spring shocks etc
as for fitting them the rear ones are a piece of **** there a decent thread on here somone fitting a lift on disco same thing really il have a look for it

i had a vert well speced up disco for two years just got board with i so go a 90 insted had lots of good ideas but when i came to spend the money it got to expensive and as standard on 265 tyres it is taller than my disco only looking at dodie protection and my winch

ye mandm 4x4 do the kit for 250 odd thats a bargain and its only up the road from me may have to pay them a visit tomoz if there open :D

when do i start needing extended brake line cables? cous as im not driving it on the road i dont really care too much about cast correction and cranked trailing arms etc?

when you go 2" higher! on articulation with standard length brake lines, they might rip out, and then you have no brakes!! and if they dont rip they will limit your articulation

There not hard to change and worth it
