Well after reading a few of the posts i'm glad that i'm not alone with my intermitant suspension failure!!
I have a Discovery TD5 and have quite a few problems with the suspension....
The car has had a fortune spent on it (sorry to all those who have just started with the problem), i actually don't have any faith in the garage we sent it too. There has been a catologue of new parts put on including a new loom, airbags!! Though none of these things have made any difference. I think i have narrowed down the problem, if i drive over a hill a little fast or a speed bump then the suspension fails... I have driven from Yorkshire to Euro Disney in Paris and i have filled the boot beyond belief from a shopping trip at ikea, both times no probs. However every morning if i do the school run on one particular road then the suspension will be down. I even took the mechanic down this road but car came back after 3 days in the garage no change
I am going to try the black box thing so will tell you how it's gone but if you have any other suggestions please post them.
