Sudden loss of series 3 brakes

Just got in the series 3 , (wife promised me a full English breakfast if we could go to Ikea) just setting off and brake pedal goes right to the floor , no brakes whatsoever , fluid is full , anything obvious I can check before calling the mechanic ? Have tried pumping pedal but no luck

Just been out to it again and pedal seems to be harder to push and all seems well , did need to put about 1/2 cup of brake fluid in though so poss cylinder leak

suspect your rear shoes need adjusting, while it stands the return springs pull the pistons in, so first two pumps do nothing, or your master cyl seals are getting tired.

have a look at the inside of each wheel, see if you can see any fluid running out or blistered paint, might help identify which wheel if you have lost a cylinder, when I lost a rear on the s1, I clamped the flexi to the rear pipe with a hose clamp so I could get the car home
