stromberg carbs up jetting

I have a pair of 175 cd stromberg carbs needles/jets for a rover 3.5 , I
have
replaced the 3.5 engine with a 3.9 (v8), dose any one now where I can get a
needles/jetting kit and sizes required , from uk?
