Just a update on the repairs carried out on the Long Mynd those of you familiar with the area will know the spot where the Freelander is parked used to be a deepish water filled rut

The lane has been leveled and filled all the way down to the farm at the Coates with a surface( not unlike a Forestry Commission road ) including the V Deep ruts at the western end passed the ruined outward bound centre.

All ways was
Mind when we were teenagers it was Morris Minor / Ford Escort/ and any thing else friendly .
A nice lane down to the now re-opened Bridges Pub

OH and I know I posted it twice .....to late to delete it?

I think the plan is to repair to prevent anymore damage(and whilst its still cost effective to do so)
