So the Nanocom has been telling me the rear right ABS sensor has been failing so bought some Intermotor replacements.

Changed them over today which was a right pain as one of the sensors was full seized in in place! Had to pull the hub off and push it out.

Eventually replaced them (left and right) but the TC is going mad now, engaged as soon as I pulled off the drive, then turned off. Kicked in again very harshly and pulled the whole 110 right!

At the minute the TC is turned off. Any reason why this has happened? A mate suggested it could be an air gap issue. If so how does one set the gap?

Did you change the hub(s) or just the sensors?
