strange noise

hello all i have recently posted a problem that started when i switch on the air con,which is now happening at slow speed turning and even going over a bump,the only way i can describe the sound is that it is like when you put cardboard and a peg onto a bike wheel and turn it (like we all did when we were kids),please any suggestions help

shine a torch down the side of your auxillary drive belt to see if its catching anything, or to see if your belt is starting to fray, it may just be loose and the xtra load of the air con or pas is causing it to slip

Hi matey have you checked the cooling fans on the radiator dont know why but when the aircon is running the radiator fans run at 1/2 speed ish you could have debris in dee fan cowling rubbing there makin your noises its worth a look anyway... hope its that simple let us know your outcome regards catman690...
