Stiff Gears when weight in the car

Hey there!

I was wondering if any members can off advise on an issue I am having with my TD4.

Gears are normally free and easy but when carrying a full load/5passengers, the gears become very hard to engage. After a couple of days and crunching, they revert back to normal!

Would appreciate your thoughts!

Sounds like low or worn gear oil. I believe it's Texaco mtf94 or equivalent for the manual box. I'd start there.
