Hi all I’m new here and would like some advice, I have purchased a 2017 Range Rover autobiography and it has the 10.25 screen in it but I tried to use car play / android auto but I don’t think the model has it, is there anyway of adding it or would I have to buy a different setup

What model Range Rover? Autobiography is a trim level.

2017 is going to be an L405/L494, the first question is - is it a genuine screen or an aftermarket fit?
Put your VIN into vindecoderz.com/ and it should tell you in the build spec. if it's included - if not, there are two options:
See if you can upgrade the software licence with JLR - contact them direct, not a dealer.
Fit an aftermarket connectivity module
'Autobiography' is a nebulous spec - there are/were so many possible options & combinations, sometimes you're at the mercy of what the original purchaser considered important - they won't always have 'top-spec everything'.
