Steering Wheel

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have just bought a P38 with a few problems, mainly no sound from radio/sat nav and no cruise. In fact nothing other than the horn seems to work on the steering wheel.

I have read a few things and some people point towards the steering wheel. The rotary coupler tests out OK, but does anybody know how to test the wheel. I presume I would be looking for different resistances between terminal ANY IDEAS

just found that R3 (821 ohm) is open circuit, and R4 (152 Ohm) is the same

This maybe a long shot but did you checked the pipe that are connected to the cruise control system (under the bonnet)... If they are leaking or broken your cruise control will not work.
