steering wheel size

Hi,

I own a motor factor and accessories shop. A customer requires a steering wheel glove for a Land Rover vehicle. It seems that the wheel is larger than the standard products that fit sizes around 14.5 to 15.5 inches.

Unfortunatley the customer doesn't know the type of Land Rover as it belongs to a friend who currently has it located outside the UK.

Anyone have any general idea of the sort of the sort of wheel sizes in what she refers to as a "real Land Rover" rather than a Freelander or Discovery type.

Any help would be appreciated.

The outer diameter of my 1989 90 and presumably a defender (which are the only real Land Rovers with the exception of the earlier series) steering wheel is 16and3/4 inches.
