Steering issue

Hello, hope everyone is keeping safe
I recently had a new steering box fitted and everything was great! But took the defender for a spin yesterday and now the steering is doing this... (watch video with sound). Any advice on what could be the problem? I don't want to risk more damage but something definitely doesn't feel or sound right. It's fine in a straight line but as I turn the wheel it feel 'rough'.

Feels like it's behind the steering wheel.

Sound's to me like the sort of noise made by dry rubber in contact with another surface.

Separate the steering UJ from box and check whether steering box, upper column or steering joint restriction. Did you check/replace the upper column rubber sleeve - could this have moved causing restriction?

Try taking off the plastic surround around the ignition barrel/light stalk. There's foam in there that can rub and make those sort of sounds. Might they have had that cover off?
