Steering Box

Hiya

Firstly a confession, I'm not working on anything Landy shaped.. but I need some info as a landy steering box may be exactly what I need..

When a steering box is removed from the Landy, how far will the output arm rotate? If this arm's rotation is limited, do you think it would be easy to allow it to rotate through 180 degrees?

(self confessed Mini man, but always hankered after a Landy of my own!)

if i'm right here i'm sure the rotation is limited by the length of the worm on the steering shaft. so short of making a new shaft with a longer worm and a new box to house it i think yer ****ed with this one
