Hi All,
I am afraid I have messed up by steering wheel angle sensor trying to fix an issue with my indicator cancelling (would cancel turning right on my 110 2015 Puma
Hopefully someone may be able to give some advice. THis is what happened:
1. I took off the steering wheel and noted the grey prongs which fitt into the boss
2. Decided to try and rotate this and was playing with the indicator cancelling
3. Thought I had sorted the issue but on re-fitting and driving off my DSC kicked in when on a left lock - at this point I thought idiot (i forgot about the steering angle sensor)
4. Trying to correct this i managed to get the DSC to not fault on a full lock but it now seems to come on driving forward...and the indicator cancelling is messed up
My plan now is to get a a read out through my ODB port live data (trying to source a reader) and then dial back the dial I adjusted back to 0 deg when the wheel is straight...
If anyone could provide some advice it would be appreciated
