Station wagon body removal

If anyone has some advice or experience in removing the body of a 109 station wagon, please come forward, Basically I want to remove the body behind the rear doors ideally leaving the hard top on,

ps. Slob be kind it's not a dumb question;)
 
body behind rear door? your body ends at your rear door, i think you mean you what to remove you tub, the hard top has to come off, but you can take the hard top off attached to the tub with about 4 blokes.

what you do is take the bolts out the top of the windscreen, the ones behind the seats, that hold it to the seat box and the ones that hold the tub to the rear cross member. disconnect the wiring and your good to go.
 
I ment behind the rear passenger doors, I didn't phraze it very well,
I think the station wagon is a little more complicated, as far as I can see I'll need to cut the sills that run along the passenger foot well as they run all the way to the bulkhead, tried to take the tub floor panel out, an after drilling out all the rivets an grinding off the rusted nuts I gave up, basically I need to get to the chassis to do some welding.

why not just remove the sill complete??

Good question, for various reasons at the momment I need the LR drivable
an to take the sills out complete I'd have to remove the driver an passenger seat box assemble also the sills are welded to the rear of the rear passenger door frame, I have MIG TIG GAS an inverter welders so it's no sweat to cut an latter weld. Question, how the hell do you take out the floor pan?
