Got a squick on tick over coming form near the
Radiator could it be the water pump or does something
need oiling cannot hear it inside the cab

either adjust it or replace it

If it's the belt and it's been squealing for a while, then replace it - adjusting it will be a really short term fix.

If it's only just started then you'll get away with adjusting it

If its a 300tdi its probably the bearing on the adjustment pulley cost 8 quid on E-Bay.When you remove nut to get at bearing it is LH thread.
