squeaking

hello everyone my defender 90 has got a squeaking noise like a wasp coming from the front end when i accelerate it gets louder and when i slow down it gets quiter but when i go through a puddle it stops completely untill it dries out then starts again.

Any help would be appriciated all the best mexlad.

loose alt belt or (more likely) yer UJs needs changing

mine was doing exactly this and then bang the propshaft flange and uj snapped causing the prop to bang and flap around under the landy
