Good Morning,
Does any one know what is the best way of repairing several spot welds that have broke away from the body work of a series 3 swb diesel.Some one for instance repaced a back wing but covered it with pop rivets along body,just looks disgusting . Is there any good panel bonding adhesive that can be used on alluminium panels. that can be recommended. Thanks Steve.

The problem you have is that to replace the original one the new wing was drilled for the pop rivets.Are you planing to replace with a brand new wing with no holes? If so then panal adhesive can be used along with a few stragtic rivets/bolts. 3 m is one make of adhesive.

yeah lots of excellent polyurethane seam sealants on the market that are rated for structural bonding.

I've used Gorilla epoxy bonding glue for front mud shields and they're rock solid.
