Is it easy to take the plastic front off to get the fascia in over the dials?

Yes. Mine has a woodern one of them does it make me posh?

Bought one of these and the kits ok, however dont believe the bit which says "no stripping down required" You need to take the binnicle out, about 4 screws and disconnect the loom and airbag lead. 30 mins will see you have it all back in and looking nice and posh !!

Yea ok 4k V £150.... mine cost £10, I can live with that all day, I have a 1958 Land Rover Series II some ppl build them to better than factory, thats not my thing, I want it to run as best as it can thats the most important thing to me, I would rather spend on the engine
