Oh maybe I haven't got them on my 97ym
Thinking about it Pete has changed the seats so I'm guessing you're correct, who needs a light to tell you if you're wearing a seat belt or not.Not seated seat wiring. They use different colours. B + BW = seat belt connector.
No lights back there on a P38a well not on mine there ain’t I think the new rr have rear lights in footwells
TRUCKS!! Gentleman's Carriage surelyP38s do have a footwell light under the cubby box, it depends on the vehicle spec if you have it fitted or not.
These trucks have lots of plugs around the wiring loom unused. Once again, it depends on the spec if you have something plugged in or not. On mine (HSE) there is one dangling under the fuse box, and another sitting beside the sunroof motor.
American spec cars had seat belt warning sensors fitted, not sure about EU cars, my French P38 does not have them. Some of the European spec cars had a seat belt not fastened sensor so there for had wiring and what not for it but not used on uk motors.

So I seem to remember did all 3 of my Volvo's until I disabled them. Our old Volvo 240 had them and that was a W pre-fix ...
