Hi all
Just found this site today and it looks good.
We've owned our (my wifes ) 1999 5 door petrol Freelander 50th anniversary model for 6 years now .
Had all the usual problems and just did a precautionary CHG replacement using all correct modifications.
Cars are 35 to 50 % more expensive over here due to a registration tax levied on all new or imported cars so I intend to keep it a little longer .
Other vehicles in the fleet are a late model Omega estate ,couple of Transits for our business and a much modded 1976 Opel Manta which I bought nearly new.
I do all our servicing and repairs were I can .
Look forward to contributing where I can.
Don
