..... but I have a suspension problem - I dont have any!

The car is just sitting on the bump stops, with the "access level" light on and the "normal running level" light flashing. It doent go up, well I have left it for an hour and it hasnt.

I have had a limited look at the compressor and it doesnt seem to be even trying to pump.....?

Do you think it is electrical? And if so where do I start looking...?

My local LR dealer is an hours drive away and I dont fancy doing it on the bump stops!

Thanks for looking
Simon

If the normal height lamp is flashing but the car does not raise, then it is short of air.The compressor should be running whilst that light is flashing if its short of air,Check for battery voltage on the thick green wire going into the compressor, and that the black wire is providing an earth.Switch it all off and unplug the compressor, check the resistance between the orange wire and the black one,it should be zero ohms.If its open circuit the thermal switch has failed.
Try that lot and see how you go.

and make sure all the doors are closed while you check, The compressor wont run if any doors are open or if theres a fault that makes the ecu think theres a door open
