Freelander 1 [SOLVED] TD4 manual clutch change standard time

Do any of you know the LR standard time for a TD4 manual transmission clutch change including the pedal and slave cylinder etc? I searched but cannot find a definitive answer.

My freelander 1td4 has a noisy clutch bearing so went out today in it and low and behold the pedal hit the floor .. I've seen plenty of posts regarding changing the master cylinder and bleeding ect just wondering where the best place to buy a replacement Master cylinder would be any information...
