Soft-top removal

Hi,and help!How on earth do i go about removinr the soft top from my 98 Freelander?I've just got a great hard top and i want to fit it asap,but don't know where to start!Many Thanks.

I'd like to bump this one to the top as well. My 3dr softback came without an owners manual and I have no idea how to put the folding roof up!! Very annoying given the weather over here in Oz is perfect for it.

Can anyone scan and post the relevant pages for me?
