So its time to sort the interior so i started by sorting myself a shiny new cubby bos, some land rover rubber mats (along with a shiny new bit of foot well) mud dash, speakers...when i came to the seats i had a decision to make...do i keep the comfy but shoggy looking seats its got in at the moment or do i get some kick ass recaros or corbeau style reclining buckets??

Iv done all the searches and read all the posts so i know what people are using...BUT a mate of mine has some of these:

Pair of Corbeau bucket seats reclining + tilt 99p on eBay (end time 17-Apr-10 20:42:04 BST)

and they dont seem to sit straight ie ur legs go off at an angle to the pedals! He seems to think its because the seat is too wide? But people have reclining buckets fitted with no problems right?

I would go for some ford recaros rs turbo style but iv had them in my S1 rs turbo and getting replacement bases etc is a costly nightmare.

Any advice would be great

the main issue with putting different seats in is retaining access to the battery box

these plenty of seats that's fit including Saab 9000 one's which are all electric, leather and have heated bases, ultra comfy but totally out of place in a landy

Yeah the ones i have in at present have 4 bolts which are easy to remove, slid out sideways and ur at the battery in 30 seconds. I recon it would be easy enough to fab up some brackets to allow the seat to tilt or be removed quickly. Just wondering if they would fit? Definately right about the fancy seats, i dont want anything but to look smart, accomodate harnesses and to recline and slide...
