Slightly bent headgasket, use or not...

New gasket arrived slightly bent, no crease in the ring but looks to be coming away from the gasket slightly.

Tempted to put it in knowing the pressure from torquing up, but would be good to have opinions.

Damage is damaged, return to supplier saying received faulty goods.

I am sure they fit worse at the factory and its fine but keeping in mind where you are and it wont cost you a penny I would swap as well.
