We finally swapped the rad for one from an old Nissan Cherry, mainly coz the
pipes were on the correct side, apart from having to plug one minor leak, it
now works a treat! I think the old one was gunged at one point which
wouldn't have helped but I'm also wondering if the local hardwater could
have resulted in a build up of calcium deposits over the years which
wouldn't have help!
