Side steps special tool...HELP!!!

Hi Guys and Gals

I recently bought a freelander Serengeti TD4 and think its great. As my wife is disabled I bought (Ebay) some genuine LR side steps, (the wide aluminium ones). These are new and have all the nuts bolts washers etc, the instructions show a special tool used to fix some nuts!!!
Does anyone know where to get one from ? My local LR dealer was not helpful. If I could buy or borrow one it would be appreciated.
