Hello everyone.

I have a 1989 defender 110CSW.

The rear side windows have already been replaced by a previous owner from sliding windows to fixed ones. I have blacked the windows out as I use my landy daily for work as a mobile caretaker, so tools are in it.

While looking on eBay I came across a set of locker doors by treckoverland , I recall seeing them at the billington rally. They would be brilliant so I can get to kit quickly and easy, and when camping with my daughters it will make life good.

I also recall seeing another company at billing advertising a similar thing, but instead of a door and frame like the ones from treckoverland, the company had theirs as a box style that protrude from the side of the landy by about and inch or so.

I did email the other company and got a response from him saying he was working away and would contact me in a week when he returned. That was a few days after the billing rally and iv lost his contact details and he never got back to me.

So does anyone know anyone else doing this sort of thing and can I contact them? Don’t get me wrong I would love a pair from treckoverland, but I simply can’t afford them, so need a cheaper option.

I hope you can give me some direction.

Hi everyone,

I found the same page as mentioned via the link by Boris113.

Id already contacted the company for a quote, including delivery and VAT they have come in at £230, that under half of the others as this is for both sides not one.

I am about to order and will let everyone know how I get on. I will take photos as I fit them to show how they go.

I have already started the shelving. I will post pictures of that too if your at all interested. Iv planned and am now building a storage system that I can take out quickly in complete sections if I had too.

I'm fitting gullwings to my 110 as we speak, google: 'horsebox locker doors' I found a company that makes them to size.. worked out half the price of the name branded items :tea:

I bought a roller shutter door off ebay.

One day I might even get around to fitting it.

Thank you to everyone for the advice, I have placed an order from the same place as boris113 suggested. The doors should be here within a few weeks, provided xmas doesn't get in the way.

Iv been to ruff lately to be able to do them even if they had arrived. Instead I have concentrated on the internal storage problems I had (see storage solutions thread in this section started by bluehaze).

I have planed my storage around the windows being fitted, I will add pics here as well as in the storage thread.
Cheers again
