Noticed that my shocks are moving quite freely on the rubber grommets, in on side has almost gone completely, shocks aint leaking etc so should be good.

In my infinate wisdom I bought a set of shock grommets from e bay, BUT they seem to come in 2 halves slightly cone shaped, is this normal, and do you just slot one in each side of shock etc....

Advice please...

London to Brighton getting closer............:D

yes, one each side and tighten the nut up. or put the split pin in depending which set up yer got.. if its the nut dint over do it or yule fook the rubbers.
if its the split pin you'll need some kind of clamp to compress the rubber enough to get the pin through.

sometimes you can stick yer pin in, long bit nearest the shock, the turn it using mole grips or the like, then tap it through wiff yer hammer
