just bought a second hand S3 brake pedal box with servo, before i put it on i want to recon it, is RTC5832 the correct one, does the pin that goes through the pedal arm and through the servo rod come out, i have removed the split pin and it won't move don't want to wack it to hard,it looks like there is a washer on the split pin side that won't shift.

The pin will come out, I think dave beccles had the same problem on his rebuild thread but got it out with some persuasion

Well that was fun, pin would not come out so put it in my bearing press all that done was ripped the collars from the pedal so now got to weld them back. So to get the pedal out of the box you have to knock out a small pin that holds a spindle in,obviously that bugger wouldn't move either so had to drill that out. Happy days.

What do i need to do to fit the servo repair kit, haynes dont show it in either the manual or the resto manual, not in Busters list. going to see if you tube can help.
