Hi guys,
I drive a series IIa rover and I live in Alaska. Its great to have a really reliable car at -40 below zero!
I've been trying to make this car run all summer to prepare it for the winters and I've been using this forum as a resource. I decided I might as well make a user. I've got an account over at Land Rover Owner but that site moves about as fast as a Series 1 rover...
Anyway, I just got the engine running well in my rover. I rebuilt the entire fuel system and most of the ignition system before I found that one loose wire in my Pertronix Ignitor was the problem.... I put the good old points back on and its running like a champ.
I have a few questions still but I just wanted to say hi and thank everyone on here for asking the questions I needed answers to.
