series 3 swb 2.25 to 3.5 v8

Hi all

I have been offered a 3.5 range rover 8v with su carbs its running from a friend. I thought of reconing it a a winter project this year just for fun. But then thought maybe a could put it in my series. Has anyone any advice on this its only an idea. couldnt find any posts on this.
