Hi
As one of my land Rovers was becoming like a clowns' car with the Doors flapping wildly about on the worcestershire highways, I decided to treat myself to a pair of new ones.
So among a largish order I added a set of hinges, and waited.
They arrived promptly, 'cos the firm is pretty good at that, and I eagerly fingered the newly machined hinges imagining the improvement they would make...
Except they DIDN'T.
They had more play than the ones I was replacing!
I rang up one of their lovely sales people, who to console me said "oh a lot of them are like that, people are always complaining"
I am not cross with the sale people, just the sodding ethos of a Company which KNOWINGLY sends out poor quality stock.
One hinge had Seven (7) manufacturing defects.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
