Hi folks, just got my first Landy, a 109 Safari. Chasis and bulkhead look good. Needs new door tops and tidying up. Has interesting screw on indicators and sidelights. Metal screw threads with integrated glass. She's ex MOD 12v single petrol tank in chasis. Was posted to Cyprus m thinks, but not even sure what year she was made. Anyone seen these type of Safaris around, or indicators? What should I paint chasis with, lots if talk about Hammerite, chasis black paint etc. Any comments?
 
When you say fender indicators what are you referring to? Defender? Haven't seen any for sale anywhere like this. Cheers.
 
Hi folks, still looking for info on where to obtain these indicator lenses from and recommendations on what to paint a good chassis with. Cheers.

dr evil can you search for the best tyres to put on a disco as you have #### all else to do ........and hopefully saturday will have time to post yer box :)
