My clutch on my series 2a doesnt seem to have much pressure behind it. Was fine until recently and theres also a funny whining sound when your in 3rd and 4th gear almost like a fan belt squeal. Also seems to be leaking oil where the gearbox meets up with the engine any help would be great

Squealing could be release bearing. Is the oil hydraulic (slave cylinder) or engine (crankshaft seal via clutch housing seal) or gear oil (gearbox input shaft seal)

the oil looks a blacky colour dont think its gear oil as ep90 has a eggy smell to it

Could be hydraulic fluid - is the master cylinder level dropping? You might get away with a slave cylinder replacement but it could be engine oil from the rear crankcase seal.
