Series 2 Series 2 wiper motor alternative (en arms)?

Hello,

I have a series 2 with 2 wiper motors in the window-frame, I do not want the originals (to expensive).

I am looking for a alternative for the motors, also for the wiper arms (adapter) and blades.
The arms length is 23cm / 9inch (shorter than a S2a or S3) Blade is 28cm / 11inch ***dock does not have them..

The length thru the window fame en in to the adapter is 55mm

This model I have now but it was not so a good choice : (110 angle auto parking)
It is taking me a lot of effort to keep them going but they are rubbish.
Autopark is on a random spot, the wiping angle is between 60 and 140 degrees etc.
I bought them years ago from CBS and CBS refunded the money and doesn't sell them anymore.

Have you tried repairing/cleaning the original ones?
Later Series 2a had a more conventional set up, maybe you could fit that?
I would personally try fixing the old ones first.

No, I do not have the old ones anymore and getting them refurbished (to the Netherlands) is expensive.

A setup like a S3 or a Defender is not (really) an option.

My Landy looks a little like this but LHD where also the defender wipermotor is.


There are also no hole’s or space for the defender wipermotor.
On this moment I am looking for better quality agriculture or nautical wiper setup.
There are also wiper motor's for Willy Jeeps but the shaft is to short (and the quality not so good ?).

I alway’s have problems with the wiper or wipermotor when I is terrible weather while driving on the highway..

But I must not be the only one I presume who is driving a Series 2 on a daily base (byway and highway)?
Do all series 2 still have the original wipermotors?

There are a few marine wipers that fit.
As for the old style wipers don’t normally have problems with them.
