Happy Christmas everyone!
Thanks to all who chipped in with my buying and insurance questions.
Mrs Moatmeister's secret christmas pressie has arrived in the form of an immaculate unmolested 1998 P38 4.6 hse with 95k miles on LPG. Collected it secretly yesterday and taken it to mother in laws so she will see it when we go round for lunch. L322 ownership was just not financially feasable for us yet and with her private plate on it she will never know the dfference
I checked it as best I could with the info from here and yes it has a few issues but overall enough of it seemed to work to make it a viable proposition. Going to try and keep it mint but that always seems difficult for us. At least affordable purchase price means being able to keep van as a runabout which will probably prove to be a good move when the RR is in bits as I expect it will be!!
Will do a full report later. Purchase a bit more rushed than I would have liked but thats another story. Hope it wont turn out to be a christmas turkey. I look forward to getting stuck in with all your help!!!
