You can get a kit and do it yourself very easily.
Are we talking a P38? In the Technical Section is a How To by Dopey. Very good guide and dead easy to follow. Dopey saved some cash by sourcing all parts as cheaply as possible but Martrim do an all in kit for about £60.

I did a surgeons' behind the ear pull on mine!
I pull it all to the boot lid and stapled it to the back edge of the roof card, then did the same over the rear windows.. It'll do until I get a kit. I now have a flat headliner....kids! Quit poking it

It's a lot easier to wait until it drops properly and is rubbing the top of your head. The backing just vacuums straight off the board when cleaning it up then.
