Aye, some of us do trials - see some of the threads down in the off-roading section. Might also help if you updated your profile so peeps could see what area of the country you're in ;)

Reet then, so you're in NW. There are a few peeps in here that trial over your way, though they haven't been posting prolifically recently (holidays etc). There's a few around derby area who trial, but Pagan and pigpen ant been seen fer yonks - was it summat to do with his Lordship :p

Anyhows, I do a bit of trialling - was out last Sunday with YORC. So, what dya wanna know about trialling????

I've been thinking of giving it a go as a way of getting a bit more driving time for my son who's nearly 16. I don't know of any pay and play sites that will let him drive even though he's more than competent. Trouble is neither of us are really into the whole "club" thing so dunno really:rolleyes:

I would say choose a club carefully. YORC is very laid back, and for some strange reason reminds me of this place - have a laugh, take the **** but help each other when needed.

yea i've done some, but they keep changing the rules, once i think 14 year old could do it now its 16, series soft tops although original have now been banned unless a "approved" roll bar top, even from been a marshall on the site.

Be carefull who to go with i've turned up before now and the thing been cancelled and no notice given, they expect you to ring some £1.50 per minute helpline to check.

Personal they have gone over board with all the rules slight lift and your out, plus the fee gone up from £12 to £30 in less then 2 years, with the gas its an expensive day out, they say footy match cost just as much to watch, but so what don't watch footy, i play with me landy.
