my observation, with a jeep, everything is extra, the disco - , the skid
plates and everything else you need to go on the bunny slopes is already there,
that's why the discovery is going to cost more.
when you're thinking off road, maybe you should get a piece of construction
equipment if you want something "reliable" but those things spend a lot of time
in the shop too.
we had a blazer, and the transmission fried when towing a 1300 pound boat, just
on the highway, really disappointed. had another chevy truck with a 4.3 v8 in
it, that engine started burning oil and antifreeze at 85K, and was told that's
all that those engines are good for.
wife got a 99 disco last year, (used with 32K miles on it )and we've been off
road, on road, and so far happy to say, it's had absolutely no problem, okay
I'll admit, the rear door handle is sticking. But since there's so much on it,
when things start going it's going to get messy, but we got an extended
warranty for those days ahead
you want to dance you have to pay the fiddler
