Rostyle R16 6J wheels what tyre Size

Hi, I have rostyle steel wheels fitted to my defender 90. the size on the wheel is 16 6J tubed. Would i be able to fit some 235/85r16 general grabbers to my wheels?....

Something I learnt pretty quickly from 'searching' this site is not to ask tyre questions. You will get an awful lot of retrospective info from the search thingy up top(right),and will find this site extremely useful as long as you do some of the work first.
