anyone know a decent company for roof tents at a decent price for my 90, going to pick myself up one so we can hit the road with the dogs over the summer..has anyone used em or have any pictures? i dont mind spending a few bob but not going to go mad either
suppose i can put the dogs in the back, dont fancy lifting a newfoundland up to a roof tent :D

Hi
Having just spent the last year touring southern Africa sleeping in a roof tent (+ wife) I can recommend the Ezi-awn 1.4m T-top. The t-top has and extra bit that forms a canopy over the entrance but more importantly awning sides can be attached to form an enclosed room below the tent (1.4m by about 2m+) with the ladder also enclosed - best suited to rear mounted as the back panel is designed for the rear door opening. This would make an ideal kennel.

However, they aint cheap!!!!!!

Also pull the ladder up so the lions can't climb up...........

Hi I've got the eezi awn 1.3 excellent quality that will last years, better suited for use in warmer climates but I havn't had an issue using it here in autumn/spring.

I got mine second hand so the price was quite less, check ebay and landy forums as they pop up every now and then..

Mine are mounted on halfords heavy duty roof bars (can't afford patriot roof rack yet) and have been fine for two seasons....

I've just got myself an oasis roof tent. There isn't a lower room/awning available for em though. I'm hoping to make my own. It can however get used on the ground which as far as I'm aware no other roof tent can do it.
