Hello.

I've got this awning - an ARB 2500x2500:

I think it will be great - however, apparently I have a very troublesome roof rack and am looking for advice. I tried ordering special brackets from the US on Amazon but just found out they've been cancelled. Here's my roof rack:

The bloke at Flatdog is very helpful, but tells me my roof rack is so unique I'll have the same problems with any awning I try and fit. What do you reckon? I'm considering returning the awning but if he's right I may as well hunt around for brackets that'll do the job instead. He recommended this one, which is the one that got cancelled:

Cheers.

Agree on all counts... you have a weird roof rack... but I can totally see the logic in it as it is very low profile but looks a bugger to attach anything to.

If you want to keep the roof rack (which I assume you do) bite the bullet now and get some brackets. It shouldn't be too difficult as you have flat uprights you can get fabricated worst case but I would be amazed if you cant find something which would fit.
