Rodent

Hi All,

I have just broken my land rover 'virginity' by buying a 2001 range rover DHSE.
I'm new to 4 x 4 ownership and looking for general advice. My rangey has 62000 miles on it and i'm not sure what it may need it terms of servicing. it has had recent oil/filter type services but nothing major like timing chains or suspension work.
If anyone knows what the service schedules for these major items are, i'd appreciate any advice.

Also i didn't get a 'security card' showing code numbers for the keys and stereo etc. when i bought the car. Is this going to be a major problem if i need to disconnect the battery etc.

As your questions are all related to the Rangie you're better off sticking 'em down in the posh bit (Range Rover Section) where someone (with a double-barrelled name probably) will be able to help you.
