Road Biased Suspension Upgrade

Has anyone out there got any suggestions for upgrading the standard suspension on a 2004 MY Freelander 1? The vehice is used mainly on road, and I would like to reduce the wallowing and pitch and roll when braking.

Options might be firmer springs, trick suspension units - any ideas?

Are you sure your shocks dont need replacing? Freelanders dont wallow like a lot of the LR group do

The suspension from the sport model is firmer than standard.

My freelander is 2005 td4 with 17" wheels and does not wallow or pitch and corners very well for a 4x4 (and ive driven quite a few different 4x4s)as Skynet says I would check your shocks first .
