Rimmer Power Box

Rimmer make some bold claims, and attach an hefty price tag as well. Is it all hype or does it really work. I am naturally sceptical of anything that says"an increase of 25bhp, and 42nm torque" just by plugging this in. Has anyone fitted it, and noticed a difference?

for that money get a remap... these kind of boxes are just tricking the injector management, not even far so efficient as a proper remap IMO...also in most cases your ECM will be full of "injector peak charge ..." fault codes and you'll not know that it's due to the power box or there's really a fault

i'm speaking by experience as i've had such thing on my car a while ago and got rid of it

Thanks for the advice. Like I said, I'm always skeptical. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
